  • 99251 - initial consultations
  • 11045 - Debridement subcutaneous tissue.

92979 code indicates Coronary therapeutic services and procedures.

The unit of measure in add-on code involves the coronary vessel involved in addition to the primary procedure. The use of ultrasound, optical coherence tomography to be added separately.
