CPT code: 11200, 11201

Skin tag removal for the first 15 lesions is coded as 11200. The code 11201 should be added on for additional every 10 lesions.

3. Radiological examinations chest two views frontal and lateral.

CPT code: 71046.

CPT code 71045 is used for a single view and Code 71046 is used for the bilateral view of frontal and lateral.

4. Anesthesia for vaginal delivery

CPT code: 01967

Under obstetric procedures, the CPT code of 01967 is used for only anesthesia given for vaginal delivery.

5. Electrogram, routine ECG, 12 Leads, interpretation and report.

CPT code: 93010

Code 93010 is used for routine 12 Lead ECG with interpretation and report. Using one of three leads can be reported with different codes.

6. Glucose tolerance test(GTT), three specimens (includes glucose).
