HIS : three health care information systems or (hospital information systems) includes

1. Clinical and administrative systems.

2. Electronic medical records.

3. Financial system.

* clinical and administrative systems should useful for managing the patient details. Like biographical data and other family history etc,

* electronic medical records also know as electronic health records, in these we will maintain patient clear health details like disease condition, diagnostic procedures, treatment etc.

* financial system : here we will maintain related to billing section of the client. And financial matter of clients.

Three data storage design are

_ files and

_ database

* files : we can store the clients information in the form of files saved in the electronic medical records.

* we can transform from one place to another. Through online system.

* like patient detailed history from appointment to discharge.

_ database : data base management system is based on data, and some times out dated technology. In these forms also we can use data storage design in disaster recovery purpose.

_ because disaster recovery is an aim to protection of an organization from any occurrence of unusual events.

_ so if we are saving the information in an file forms we can use that information to prevent complications.
