organisation is a group of people who mainly comes together with a particular purpose such as a business or a govt organisation

nursing homes provide most extensive care that a person can get outside the hospital in order to run a nursing home correctlymany staff members with different skill set are equired to come together

food and drinks

personal assistance

activities

these are some day to day activities that are to be met in a nursing home to improve the health of a personal in addition to all these things supplies must be ordered budgets must be balanceedand money such as payroll and taxes must be handlaed

the staff that handke all this mainly include ;-

director ( EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR ):- the job of this individual is to make sure that all the set goals of the organisation are met or not he is mainly the incharge of procuring outsidefunding via investors or via donation they are not involved in day to day care of the patient

assistant director :- the main function of assistance director as suggested by the name of his post is to assist the function of director in his regular duties

ADMINISTERATIVE STAFF :- the main functions of adminestrative staff is to handle tthe financial matters for eg

payrolls taxes utilties and accounts that are receivable

ordering ofice and medical supplies and also dealing with human resourcee department for staff and resident and answering the phone calls and emails this department reports to the assistant director

support staff :- this type of staff is responsible for the upkeepment of facilities and basic human needs of the resident their duties mainly include :-

handeling garbage and cleaning of the area

kitchen staff

support stff mainly reports to their supervisors and these supervisors will report to the director of these operations

CHIEF NURSING OFFICER:- these are theheads off direct careproviders these are the person who inform the director of operation that all the demands of residents are met or not and what eles item or facilities are needed to meet the demands they also keep a ceck on the function of all the nursing officers by the help of nursing manager that standerded of care of the residsent are met or not

NURSING MANGAER:- one nurse manager is typically assigned to each floor their function is to make sure that each nursing staff ontheir floor is coordinting with other staff or not to provide the best possible care and also maintaining the standerded

DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF :- they mainly include all the oersons who provide direct care to the resident for eg RN LPN AND CNA. some times there is a physician or a assistance to physician

the main responsibility of this staff is to make sure that the patient is clean comfortable and taking their proper medication on time .
