2.Right to freedom from abuse,neglect,or exploitation ( This helps to provide concentrated care to elderly,reduce the abuse related to health)

3.Right to adequate health care ( this right helps to provided needed health care with dignity.

These are some of the mandates protect elderly in health care facilities.
