It is assumed that all the transactions are made through Bank.

It is assumed that Advance of $6,000 received from students is refundable after one year hence shown under Advances from students.

It is assumed that tuition fee is earned and received from the students.

1. Tuition fees received in advance during June 2019

2. Tuition revenue earned during the month of July 2019

Only 50 students have attended in the month of July out of 150. So, revenue earned shall be 50 * $500 = $25,000
