Certain propulsion efficiency devices may be used to develop a core hardware system to reduce the emission. These hardware must be aligned with a software system to monitor and control the emission. From the software application, one can adjust to slow steaming while sailing the ship on downstream. This is substantially reduce the emission. Also weather routing and contra-rotating propellers should be implemented with the help of such system. The system will help to connect the sailor to their inland station so that they can share weather information regarding weather, fuel, etc. The data extracted from such informative system may be used in future to find out the defects and trend in emission control. This will help to develop a more efficient system.
