Jamal (a wholesale trader), sells Galasy S8 mobiles st 2500 AED pe p 8/2017, Mohammad told Jamal that if he sells Mobammad 100 mobiles at 2300 AE he (Mohammad) would make another order in 1/10/2017 for 300 more mobiles. Jamal, o anmad, signed the contract with Mohammad for 100 mobiles 2300 AED ach Mohammad has not made any other order to Jamal till today. Explain to Jamal his legal position this issue

A verbal agreement promising to buy a product at a later date is not binding by law. For an agreement to be binding to the parties of the agreement must be in writing with explicitly mentioning the specific terms and conditions. Therefore, in this case, Jamal cannot legally enforce Mohammad to place another order stating their verbal agreement.
