This helps in giving all information under one umbrella and support decision making and strategic actions. The core challenges in integrating customer relation management ( CRM) is difference in demand, supply, customer service requirement and approaches of sales and marketing. When a company has multiple business divisions or subgroups based on the product and target segmentation customer relationship management will vary. Thus integration became very difficult when different class of customers concerns and solutions have different approaches.This can be resolved through collaborative support and effort from different business group and categorize the various products or service groups.
