The normal brakes and the abs abs has a major working
difference. In normal brakes, the wheels of the car lock down and
the car tends skidding or slipping in the road. Hence, static
friction works here to calculate the minimum distance of stopping.
Where as, in abs, the brakes dont lock the wheels, instead they
roll and move but with a lesser speed and hence the kinetic
friction works here.
