Ethics are the principles of conduct governing one's relationship with others, basic belief about right and wrong. Health care ehics is the vast area of health care setting concerned with moral belief , decion making, medicine practice and prcedure. advancement regarding the medical servics  and knowledge of helthcare services among the human being given origin of ethical issues.

Basic principles of healthcare ethics are- 1. Autonomy 2. Beneficence ,3. Non malficence, 4.Veracity,5.Justice, 6.Fidelity, Confidentiality.

There are various legal issues under healthcare ethics these are following-

1. Failure to give medication on proper time , proper dose, proper route, improper identification of patient, inproper documentation.

2.Failure in adequte monitoring of client's health status.

3.Failure to identify the changes in patient's health condition.

4. Performing abortion against the Medical Termination Act.

5.Falls during hospitalization,

6.Injury due to improper handing of article or due to use defective apparatus or supplies.

7.Assualt or battery-failure to take patient informed consent prior to the procedure, treatment , investigation, operation, hospitalisation etc.

8. Failure to identify exact cause of problem or no proper assessment of problem and without proper assessment continuation of wrong treatment.
