Ethical decision making:one should always know about all facts of a situation to make a decision.
After the facts are collected he/she should decide if it is a legal or an ethical issue.
Before making an decision one should always identify options and the consequences of a decision she/he is making.
All the pros and cons of the decision should be thought thoroughly and all should be considered.
The main important thing of an ethical decision is making the right decision in a situation.So the best option should be selected based on all the conditions.
The implementation of the decision is also an important step.And the decision which is made should be implemented in a correct way.
