Now Apple Watch customers having health application can track their activity, calories consumed, monitor heartbeat and even do electrocardiogram (ECG) test while on the move. The data is digitally stored and can be shred to a doctor digitally on real time basis.

One ethical concern that arises out of this mobile app healthcare technology is threat to privacy ( potential maleficence) from the misuse or theft of sensitive personal health data of consumers . Companies like Apple need to abide by the regulatory rules of all countries with regard to privacy and have stringent protocols for data safety and data integrity.
