M health is mobile health . It is the use of mobile and wireless communication to improve health care delivery , outcomes and research. Examples of Mhealth are :-

- mobile device

- personal digital assistant

- smart watches and other body worn health devices.

Health care practitioners can improve the use of the M health among the patients by making the people aware of these devices advantages and benefits related to health.

The benefits are :-

- It monitors the health status regularly

- It helps the individual to maintain and follow a healthy lifestyle

- It keeps the record of the activities an individual do per day

- These data is easily stored and transferred to the doctor by just a touch .

- This data helps to make better diagnosis and to provide best treatment.

- Patients have control over the access of their health information

- These devices have alams / reminders and notes which will help to remind patients to take medicine at correct time and also helps to maintain certain important notes related to health which can be presented infront of doctor in follow up.
