Answer #1

Values determined by the source of your beliefs and behaviour..values are moral, ethical and professional attributes of charecter..values showes the importance for the organization to be in success...it can also determine the way which is wrong and right by the meaning of ethics..

Utilitarianism and deontological approch in ethics is a society- centered where as deontological approch is the patient centered, both having advantages and disadvantages in hospital settings..deontological does better than utilitarianism in ethics, because this approach concern with equality and dignity,so deontology is different from utilitarianism function as moral preference..

Deontology theory resolve an issue necessarily lead to consensus on the solution, because it is a moral rule following universal norms and it is a morality of priniciples..This implies equal respect and protection of human dignity..
