Values and ethics :

Ethics are the guidelines, for to behave or address to any thing.

These are the moral principles.

That means doing what is right or what is wrong.

Values are :

Determine what is right or what is wrong.

These are principles or ideas, these are help during in decision making like what is most important.

Values are stimulies of our thinking.

Different professions work together depending upon their values and ethics, according to their related profession.

Some times mutual respect is obtained from one profession to another.

And they can share their values, like forgiveness, trust, selflessness, integrity includes truthfulness, responsibility and reliability.

Because they are different professions so that they can share their ideas each other to do an new things or works.

Q. No 2. Roles and responsibilities :

Roles : these are positions of a team members, to do work or engage in activity.

Responsibility : these are the duties and tasks the team members has to complete according to their roles.

According to the roles and responsibilities of the individuals they can show their ideas, knowledge and skills strengths and weaknesses differently.

By performing the activities well and through performance appraisal the team members may express their recognition.
