Answer #1

Answer: Communication is the best way to know about the condition of the patient. Communication enables healthcare professionals to solve the health issues concern of the patients. Communication removes the barriers between the healthcare providers and patient. With the help of communication, the patient can easily demonstrate the problem or any kind of discomfort due to the medication or treatment.

Communication can be also done such as nonverbal communication which includes the gestures, response and understanding. For example, when the patient is explaining about the problem and discomfort the eye contact of the healthcare professional shows that he is interested in listening to the problems of the patient. The teachings to the patient's family is also one of the important factors and communication helps to explain the preventive measures.

While working in a team, it is obvious that there are opinion difference among team members. Because every person is different and have various points of views. But at this situation, the outcome can be obtained by mutual decision and evaluating the views which is best suitable for that particular situation. Working in a team provides a better outcome and provides better service to the patients.
