Answer: Team work leads to achieve a better goals and ideas. Working in a team means people will have different views and ideas regarding particular topic of discussion or research. Each member of the team has particular capability to provide some of the useful methods for the evaluation and analysis. We must value the others opinions presented in the team.

Communication plays an important role in delivering the thoughts and ideas. A healthy communication enhances the work productivity. It creates pace among team members.

Due to human nature there is always differences in the thoughts and perception of people. While working in a team we should always focus that our aim is to achieve better results and productive outcomes. Although there are differences but considering common thought and ideas which is totally focused on providing better quality of care to the patient is more important.

The team work in Healthcare produces better results and outcomes as many different ideas and views can be obtained through which implementation of the program becomes easy.
