The four key components of organization process are common puprose, coordinated effort, division of labour and hierarchy of authority. Internet marketing in recent year had evolved to an extent that if any company product is not on the internet then that product is said not be in the market at all. Even though the marketing of product has been made more simple and more effective through the Internet reach, they still do follow the basic principle.
The most important purpose of using the Internet marketing is to find buyers and sellers of a particular product, that is the common theme among all the business people in Internet marketing. To complete the process of buying and selling the product, the coordinated efforts of all the department is needed from posting the product on the Internet, looking at the graphics, quality issue, printing receipt, deliviring the product to customer feedback. Everyone's effort is required at the right time to complete the process.
While selling the product on the Internet, the division of labour is not clearly visible to outside customer but different task was performed by different departments like IT department took care of graphics, website, finance department took care of the payment, customer feedback department focussed on providing input from the customer. Different department played it's key role in sale of the product.Division of labour also brings efficiency in a particular skills over a period of time. Similarly hierarchy of authority also works. From conception of the idea of selling the product to the last person whoc is deliviring the product. Hierarchy make sure that the right task is performed at the right time by using right amount of resources.
