Certain food expression has now a days became consuming excess amounts of sugar, fried foods and calories.

Foods associate with sugar :

Ketchup : It is the most popular thing which was used abundantly world wide for all foods.This is actually loaded with excess sugars.

Protein bars: World wide advertisement of protein bars for energy and body building consists of excess amount of sugars.

Vitamin water : Water used by sports persons or some other higher grade people states that this water contains larger amounts of minerals.But usually this water consists of lots of sugar instead of minerals.

Artificially available ready to eat foods, canned drinks and fruits , smoothies , packed yogurhts consists of excess sugars.

Fried Foods : Increased technology and developed cultures had made people adapted to the restaurant foods which were almost fried items such as French fries, Mozarellas, fried shrimps, deep fried butters, stiffs used in burgers and pizzas etc.

Calories : Increased use of cream cheese, dark chocolate, cottage cheese, baked beans , pastas, protein shakes, protein powders made people to consume excess amounts of caloric food unknowingly.
