Gram negative rods causes diarrhea :

Salmonella and E. Coli.

Lactose fermentation positive rods are E. Coli, klebsiella, enterobactor ect.

Case study 3. Answe :

Gram positive cocci causes heart diseases is staphylococcus aureus.

Lactose fermentation positive : this organism does not ferment, because unable to synthesis the cytocromes.

Case study 4. Answer :

Gram negative rods is E. Coli infection.

Staphylococcus organism also causes breast milk infection.

It is lactose fermentation positive organisms.
