Their role is to run the healthcare system properly by financial support,conduct interviews to recruit required employee and assessment of quality of care.There will be several team and team leader explain the individual job for his teammates. Governing board will assess the whole healthcare fascility and plan their strategy to improve the quality of care each time and discuss the solutions for all the problem associated with the organization.
