Structure of a healthcare facility governing board contains chair man, CEO and other executive board members. They are responsible for strategic planning and assessment of overall performance. Their role is to run the healthcare system properly by financial support,conduct interviews to recruit required employee and assessment of quality of care.There will be several team and team leader explain the individual job for his teammates. Governing board will assess the whole healthcare fascility and plan their strategy to improve the quality of care each time and discuss the solutions for all the problem associated with the organization. If they work without or an improper strategic plan, desired outcome cannot achieve during the desired period and the total plan of care get collapsed. Hence working with a proper strategic plan is important for all healthcare fascility.
