2. Benefits: improves liquidity of lending institution and greater leverage of capital and mitigate risk of default

3. Drawback: loses direct control over business assets

4. Banking Organisation raised additional capital using this process of securitization and remove loan asset from Balance Sheet

5. Statutory and Regulatory compliance may create some challenge in identifying and restructuring delinquet assets and loans of banking organisation in commercial mortagages business
