The dew point is the temperature to which air must be cooled to become saturated with water vapours.

And formula used for above question is

T_(dew)=T-{(100-RH)/5}

Where RH is the relative humidity.

Now substitute the values of all the terms

1---->>>. =30-{100-70/5} = 24 in degree celcius

2---->>>. =30-{100-10/5}= -15 in degree celcius
