Test tube 1-7 should be mixed to get first compound as all these test tubes contains single spot means single compound.

Test tube 11-21 should be mixed to get second compound again same reason single spot.

Test tube 25-31 should be mixed to get third compound again same reason.

Donot use test tube 9 and 23 as they contain 2 spots that means two compounds and we are not certain about test tube 8 and 22 for these 2 test tubes we need to take TLC to confirm whether they contain single spot or not.
