Implied consent refers to the consent that is not readily expressed by a patient but it is approved by the patient's actions and his situation and condition.

The answer in my opinion is 'C' because for a small suturing done consent is usually not required.

For the closed fracture the treatment should be closed reduction hence the doctors usually do it without taking the consent.

For the refusal of parent or guardian to refuse for blood transfusion the consent clearly says that they will not express the consent given but they will show it by their actions in that situation .

Hence in my opinion the answer surgery done to repair the ruptured spleen is performed in the absence of the parent or guardian.
