Describe two external stressors that are unique to adolescents. Discuss what risk-taking behaviors may result from the external stressors and what support or coping mechanism can be introduced.

The adolescent are more chance to get stress from the external world during their age. There are numerous stressors are present in this age but some are most unique and every adolescents are facing this stress. The important two stressors are;

• Educational stress such as daily assignment, home work exams etc..
• Relationship stress such as finding and forming boyfriend or girlfriend and the issues
  that are coming from sometimes related to sexual things.

During this time the adolescent may take some risk to get freed from themselves from this stresses. The risk taking behavior includes,

• Bunking the school because of home work
• Saying lie and acting to the parents about their school homework
• Trying to pass the exams by doing some malfunctions.
• self improving and over exercising to attract and form relationship with others
• Fighting with same age people for relationship problem.

The coping mechanism for this external stressors are includes,

• Parents taking care of the child and explaining their situation and try to being with the family.
• By watching and reading some motivational story will improve their studies in the academies.
• In relationship issues parents must need to teach their adolescent about the actual facts about the
  problem.
• Help them to form a good friendship with good people will be a better coping for their studies and their relationship.
