The cost of debt= YTM*(1-tax rate)

= 6.3*(1-35%)

= 4.095%

WACC = Sum of Weights* the after-tax cost

= 10.844%*(66100/(66100+690))+4.095%*(690/(66100+690))

= 10.7743%

=10.77%

2: Let the WACC of software = W

Hence Company WACC = 35%*10.77%+(1-35%)*W

11.2%= 3.77%+0.65W

W = 11.43%
