The prevalence and the negative influence of cigarettes smoking on the health of people are well reported all the time across the globe. The cessation programme is must to prevent the smoking related cancers active and passive among the population. The programme that can be used as a model could be precede proceed model where by precede stands for pre disposing and proceed stands for reinforcing. The main goals would be to provide the health to the people. To design and implement various strategies in the health. This also helps to maintain the integration and collaboration with various team members of the health. Helps in the early diagnosis and treatment of health issues related to smoking by identifying the high risk vulnerable group. This also helps to communicate the ill effects of smoking at the grass root level to reach the people effectively. This helps in the organisation and analysis of:

# population risk

# patient information access

# efficient patient outreach

# monitoring and tracking

# empower and engage

# the other extended services of health care like telehealth.

This model or initiative can be focused on integration with digital patient engagement where by it is patient centered care idenpendently by combining the clients knowledge, skills, abilities and willingness to manage their own health and care by using the interventions designed to increase positive behavior. When this initiative is taken to enhance and educate the service users regarding the smoking wherein they are made to analyse and realise the adverse effects when in they will have a complete holistic health.

The population meets are like to have a high standard of health care holistically, to be aware of their own health and its enhancement. This programme meets the population expectations as this keeps patient as the center as they are the one to boost their health by various strategies environmental changes lifestyle modification which in turn reduces the smoking and prevents the ill effects.

The outcome of programme will be that patient themselves becomes the master of caring themselves to have a sound health.

The digital strategy such as encouraging the patient to be aware in knowledge about smoking it's ill effect actively and passively and motivating his ability to maintain his health by his own intervention.
