Analysis Part 1: Estimating Various Measurements A) The percent difference represents how much your estimated value differs from the actual value. Usually, a percent difference of a few percent is acceptable. Higher values of the percent difference mean poor method or errors. Comment on the % difference you found for your estimates of length, time and mass. B) Wh y is it important to accurately estimate physical quantities, such as length,time and mass? C) Give a specific instance where you have estimated a size, time, or mass and state why you used an estimate instead of a measurement. Part 2: Measuring Using Different Instruments In Table 2, what is the unit for Volume for the Hands measurement? And for the other measurements? A) B) Can you think of an instance in which it would be adequate to use your hand as a measuring device? What would be a draw-back of such measurement?
