Accounting Equation = Assets = Liabilities + Shareholder's equity

In case of Expanded accounting equation, Assets= Cash + Receivables + Equipment + Other assets

Liabilities = Expenses Payables + Supplier payables

Shareholder's equity = Capital + Retained earnings - Drawings
