Play allow the children to use their creativity, building relationship and healthy brain development. The children with different types of play according to the age. Stages of play

  • Solitary play for 0-2 years :Child play alone.
  • Onlooker play(2-3years ):Child watch others play and talk about it but does not engaged.
  • Parallel play (2.5-4years ):child play is mimicking the action of others.
  • Associative play 3-4years :child associate with others, activity is not organized and coordinated.
  • Cooperatives play 4->6years : play is organized and coordinated. Children playing together to achieve a goals.

Here the child is under cooperative play. The child is interested both in the playing and in the activity. The activity organized and participants have assigned role. It represents teams work. In which child play together with same goal and same sex group. Building block and puzzle are great choice if cooperative play.
