In XeF2 the sape of the molecule is linear. And the lone pairs are exactly opposite and cancel each other. Two Xe....Fbond are exactly opposite and cancel each other. So it is non polar.

In the similar manner XeF4 is non polar. Since all Xe..F bond are opposite to each other and cancel each other.

The shape of SF6 is octahedral and all S...F bond are equal and opposite to each other. Hence it is also non polar

Option D ( NONE ARE POLAR) IS THE RIGHT ANSWER
