The correct option is C (BrF5)

The polarity of BrF5 is due to asymmetric charge distribution. The central atom (Br) In BrF5 posses sp3d2 hybridization having square pyramidal geometry of molecule due to the presence of a lone pair of electrons on bromine atom.  Hence, charge is not distributed equally around the molecule, which is responsible for the polarity.
