Large polar molecules should be at 4th number and ions or charged molecules should be at 5th number.

The transport of molecules across plasma membrane depends upon three factors, the size of the molecule, the polarity of the molecule and the charge on the molecule.

Smaller the size of the molecule, better is its ability to travel across plasma membrane.

Non polar molecules can travel the plasma membrane easily as compared to polar molecules.

Charged molecules find it it difficult to travel across the plasma membrane.
