Exercise has been the part of one's life especially in a pregnant women. It has shown a great benefit by decreasing and maintaining blood pressure, sugar levels and prevent gestational diabetes, it gives an emotional stability and tackle post natal depression, the excessive weight gain in mother can be prevented,aide in normal delivery ,normal birth weight baby ,good cognitive growth of the child.

Back pain during pregnancy has to be addressed with the help of a healthcare professional and treat it, exercise is not generally recommended to decrease it other than preventing or bearing it.

The iron status department depends on the intake of nutrient rich food by mother to fetus
