Answer #1

1, Patient is having high blood pressure and diabetes,so medical clearance is necessary for vigorous exercise..But patient is enagaged with activity of walking the dogs 2days frequently with 30minutes duration and basket ball 1day frequency with 50minutes duration..so client can do exercise at light to moderate intensity without medical clearance..
American college of sports medicine(ACSM) health screening for individual at risk for exercise related sudden cardiac death and acute myocardial infarction..patient having abnormal cholestrol level, high blood pressure and diabetes and have gained weight recently..And there is family history of heart attack..So patient need medical clearance to begin a vigorous intensity program..As he do not have any present medical symptoms except back pain he can go with moderate intensity exercise program for continue his activity..
2, -Patient is having a family history of heart attack..cardio vascular disease is a genetic element.
- High LDL and TC have direct links with cardiovascular disease, because fatty substance can block the artery walls and lead to CVD..
- High blood pressure contributing factor of cardio vascular disease it can cause heart failure and heart attack.
- Obesity can increase the chance of Cholestrol level and decrease his activity level it can increase the blood pressure..
-Diabetes always related with cardio vascular disease complication..When high level of glucose present in the blood there is a chance of cardio vascular disease..it can damage the artery walls easily and form fatty deposits..
