Positive and negative feedback:

Positive feed back amplifies the changes,while negative feedback reduces the changes.

Positive feedback results in more of a product.Positive feed back helps mptivation,boosts confidence,and shows people you value them.It helps people to understand and develop their skills.And all this has a positive impact on individual ,team,and organization.

The problem of negative feedback is that most of the parties do not like receving negative feed back.The solution is to give lots of positive feed back when deserved and only give negative feedback when the quality of work is significantly worse than average.
