To pull the cork out of the wine bottle with a cork opener the moment due to both the force must be equal i.e.,

F_c\times9=(9+70)\times F

F_c is the force required to pull the cork out of the top of the wine bottle.

\therefore\ 9F_c=79F

or,\ F=\frac{9}{79}F_c

Range of F_c is 200 to 430 N .

So range of F is:

F_{min}=\frac{9}{79}\times200\ N=22.78\ N

F_{max}=\frac{9}{79}\times430\ N=48.99\ N
