n>=78.43 i.e. 78 appx.

so,78-30= 48 more adult Americans are required to be sam

b)

we know that np(1-p)>=10

n*0.2*(1-0.2)>=10

n>=10/0.16

n>=62.5 i.e. 63 appx.

so,63-30=33 more adult Americans are required to be sampled.
