Answer: The proposed intervention in the public health is a kind of effort or policy which mainly implemented to reduce the risk of the disease and health care issues. One of the most common proposed intervention to a public health problem is obesity.

Obesity is one of the largest growing problem in public health which give rise to other diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.

It is important to recognise that the intervention proposed should not only benefit the particular population but also provides the results of the effects on the entire large population. To proceed with the intervention, the patient consent is required.

The volunteers can easily withdraw the proposal and they should not be forced for any kind of implementation. Any kind of research, intervention should not be interfere in volunteer schedule. They have free will to choose.
