1.In Unites States the child labor is regulated by Fair La our Standar Act.This was passed in the year 1938 where the childrens deserve the right to education and not to work.If less than 16 years and they work a specific time period is allotted and strictly followed.

2.The Title VII of Civil Rights Acts does not discriminate on the basis of company's rules ,regulations, protocols, policies,conditions ,terms or the issuing of any privileges to its employees by an employer.

3.This is a way of anti discrimination where employees are provided equal opportunities besides any race ,gender or ethnicity depending on their talents.

4.An incident can be considered sexual harassment when

  • An employee encounters inappropriate touch ,communication ,visualization by an employer or Visa versa
  • Communication or behavior which can cause emotional distress to others because of being exposed physically or mentally
  • Any sexual advances in the working place.
