1)The business use the cash basis of accounting for the tax reasons.The cash basis accounting method used for showing high speed of expenses and low speed of revenue in the business unit.Under this method, the transaction can be recorded at  suitable period of time for the benefit of the business unit,The future expenses can be paid immediately and post-pond the current revenue at the future date or period,

2)The information that must be recorded in the general journal entry window before a transaction can be posted is date, Account, Debit amount  and Credit amount, general journal entry or adjusting entry.
