Martin Feldstein thought about providing financial health care to have goals in preventing the deprivation or difference of care due to lack of financial resources, avoiding wasteful spending and patient preference care for medicare reform have a greater impact for future goals. Health insurance has conflict among these goals. Having free care achieves the goal and avoid wasteful spending. For chronic illness, it needs a more highly expensive service insurance premium to pay from individual income. Avoiding differences in care due to inability to pay and better access to replacing deductible with high coinsurance rate limit the out of the pocket cost of health care. consumer preference for future beneficiaries that can able to pay with high coinsurance rate, it solves the problem from very expensive treatment. provide low probability in excahnge for high-cost people who have benefited from buying insurance. cost of care and ts consequences imporant for the future it limits the out of the pocket cost of health care. combination of deductible and coinsurance rate it makes protection aganist financial hardship.
