From balanced chemical equation,
Mol of CO2 produced = 2*mol of C6H12O6 reacting
= 2*0.40 mol
= 0.80 mol


Molar mass of CO2,
MM = 1*MM(C) + 2*MM(O)
= 1*12.01 + 2*16.0
= 44.01 g/mol

use:
mass of CO2,
m = number of mol * molar mass
= 0.8 mol * 44.01 g/mol
= 35.21 g
Answer: 35.2 g
