The Judicial government in a country is the ultimate decision maker of whether a right or a law that the legislature has brought out or the executive is busy implementing, follows the crux of the constitution or not. If you are the legislature then you are designated to make laws and make sure that it is brought in to existence. As executive it is your responsibilty to make those laws come into proper implementation. Now as Judiciary it is my discretion to judge the law or the provision based on the constitutionality of the particular law. The Judiciary also has the right for Judicial review. The accountability among the three is lesser for judiciary as it gives out the final call whether the particular government decision is correct or not. It is the guardian for the consitution to protect it.
