Secondary data sources : it will come other than the researchers data, like journals, articles, records, reports ect.

Health care index it is an estimation of quality of health care system, health care professionals, equipment, staff, doctors, costs for all.

Registry or data base means record and reports, regarding research.

* primary sources during in research study, collected by researchers directly from the participants or sample.

* but coming to secondary sources, which are collected by research articles, new papers, journals, recards and reports by collecting from internet sources by review of literature.

* these secondary sources are interpret with the primary sources and analyzes the primary sources.

* it means what ever the information collected by sample, to improve quality of that information or to support our study we will use secondary sources as supportive sources for us.

* secondary sources may used like evidence based practices in our study.

* so for supporting to the primary sources which are collected from sample directly by the researchers we will use secondary sources.
