On fourth day she has shifted to a nursing center where she received physical therapy, respiratory therapy, monitoring of her blood sugars, insulin levels, nursing care for ten days. All these treatments she has received in the nursing center will come under inpatient services for billing purposes. The reason is that no patient will receive services for ten day stay in the hospital as outpatient, if she is a outpatient after completing of the services daily she has to pay the amount and has to come for the hospital for getting the services. Hence Wilma is considered as inpatient.
