Answer #1

Answer : In the above case, smart phone company has been increasing the price of e-book publisher in order to increase the profit. But legal excuse that consumer can claim is that increases the price is malpractices by the smart phone company. Basically, e-book publisher is a need of the consumer so charging higher price is not a logical. It is basically a harassment with Consumer so the smart phone has not right to increase the price of e-book. As it cost is not increasing so they don't have right to increase the price.
