6)They were taking vitamin c .thus, the doctor told them to reduce the intake as she is diagnosed with kidney stone.calcium oxalate is the reason for her kidney stone.if she take more vitamin c it can double the risk of forming stone again.because, when vitamin c is excreted in the body it is in the oxalate form which is the main reason for making kidney stone.she can take 1000mg twice a day at least for six days can help to enhance the excretion of oxalate.i suggest her to increase hydration level 3000 ml per day.she should avoid animal protein and oxalate content food.lemon can take among vitamin c foods.calcium rich food also help to balance the oxalate level.

7)patient has vitamin c and vitamin k deficiency..vitamin c deficiency is called scurvy due to this impaired wound healing and bone problems occur.bleeding is due to vitamin k deficiency.lack of this vitamin decrease ability to form clotting.

8)excess amount of vitamin A can leads to liver damage.because it raises the level of niacin.an adult can take 3000 mg of vitamin A per day.

lack of vitamin B12 in the diet cause dry skin.so the patient has vitamin B 12 deficiency

9)patient has anemia due to lack of vitamin B12.sometimes less intake of vitamin c also can cause aneamia .lower intake of vitamin B12 also lead to metal confusion ,disorienting and memory loss.

she should take vitamin B 12 rich food such as animal liver, organ meat, sardines, beef, fortified cereal etc.moreover, more fruits should be included to balance vitamin c such as lemon ,orangeshe may have vitamin B thus it is not shown in lab test

10)some medicines have negative interaction when take vitamin B 6 and contraceptive pills together such as ampicillin, penicillin, and tetracyclines.so tell her to report all her present medication and supplements to a doctor before starting treatment for any other disease.
